UNILAG Don wins the Woman of Merit Gold Award

The Head, Department of Computer Sciences and Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Laboratory (AIRLAB), University of Lagos (UNILAG), Dr. Chika Yinka-Banjo has received the PSR Woman of Merit Gold Award (WMGA) 2024.

Dr. Yinka-Banjo received the award at the 24th PSR National Awards held on Saturday, November 30, 2024. The Award is in recognition of her accomplishments and contributions in the areas of management, development and delivery of university education.

The Woman of Merit Gold Awards (WMGA) was instituted by People State & Resource (PSR) Magazine in 2001 to celebrate innovation, achievement and excellence in all fields. PSR Magazine is a publication of People and Power Communications Limited.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Folasade Ogunsola, OON, FAS, on behalf of the University Senate and entire community congratulates Dr. Chika Yinka-Banjo on this award.
