ST&DU, UNILAG Holds Workshop for PAs, June 3 & 4

The Staff Training and Development Unit (ST&DU), University of Lagos (UNILAG) will hold a training workshop on Elevating Attitude, Skills, and Knowledge for Proficiency in Personal Assistance from Tuesday, June 3 to Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. daily at the Faculty of Science Board Room, UNILAG.

The comprehensive training programme, which is for members of staff in the Personal Assistant’s Cadre, is specifically designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of the participants; foster understanding of their roles and responsibilities; improve proficiency in technology use as well as develop effective time management and organisational skills.

Please take note that:

  1. Eligibility: This training is for those who did not participate in the training for Personal Assistants in 2024. The underlisted staff have been selected to participate in the two-day training, as approved by the University Management. Those who are yet to register, are encouraged to do so.
  2. Electronic Device Requirement: Participants must bring their laptop/smartphone/any other suitable device and extension box to power/charge the devices for the practical sessions.
  3. Active Participation: Full and active engagement throughout the training is mandatory.
  4. Absentees’ List: List of absentees will be submitted to the University Management through the Registrar.
  5. Certification: Certificates will be awarded solely to participants who fulfill the aforementioned conditions.
