Junior non-teaching members of staff of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) are to download and fill the Mid-Year Annual Performance Evaluation Report (APER) available via the link below:
The completed forms are to be submitted on or before Monday, March 30, 2026, through respective Heads of Department/Unit to the Human Resource Management Directorate (HRMD), 2nd Floor, Senate House. UNILAG.
Please note that any junior member of staff who fails to submit the mid-year APER Form by Monday, March 30, 2026 shall forfeit the forty (40%) marks attached to the evaluation report, out of the 100% total mark for the 2025/2026 appraisal exercise.
