Mid-Year Annual Performance Appraisal for Junior Staff Commences

Important Notice

Junior non-teaching members of staff are hereby notified that the Mid-Year Annual Performance Appraisal Report is now available to be filled and submitted.

All completed forms are to reach the Human Resource Management Directorate through respective Heads of Department/Unit of junior members of staff on or before Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

It is important to note that any junior member of staff who fails to submit the Mid-Year APER Form before the deadline stated above, shall forfeit 40 marks (40%) out of the total 100 marks for the year’s appraisal.
