The Circular Economy Powered Renewable Energy Centre (CEPREC) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for any of the following post‑doctoral positions to support its flagship project, Circular Microgrids: Circular Economy Pathways for Renewable Microgrids in Africa:
- Data Science Fellow
- Social Science Fellow
The Data Science Fellow will harness machine learning, natural language processing, geospatial analytics and socio‑economic behavioral analysis to mine policy documents, market data and infrastructure. The Fellow will also identify optimal sites for microgrid deployment, uncover community adoption drivers, and refine policy recommendations.
The Social Science Fellow will lead energy policy and governance analyses, behavioral‑insights studies, and socio‑economic & political impact assessments. The Fellow will also engage local communities, convene stakeholder workshops, and translate findings into actionable policy interventions.
