Dr. Sobolade J. Aroloye of the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, University of Lagos (UNILAG), has been appointed Deputy Director II, Adetokunbo Babatunde Sofoluwe Centre for Information Technology and Systems (ABS-CITS).
His one-year tenure takes effect from Sunday, September 7, 2026 to Sunday, September 6, 2027.
In this capacity, Dr. Aroloye will support the Centre’s mandate in information technology and systems, with a focus on advancing digital innovation, research, teaching, and the University’s broader technology-driven initiatives.
