Prof. Ogunsola Reaffirms Support for UNILAG Consult’s Innovative Initiatives

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Lagos, Professor Folasade T. Ogunsola, OON, FAS, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, received the leadership of UNILAG Consult Limited during a courtesy visit to her Senate House office .

The delegation, led by the Chairman of the Board, Professor Uchenna Udeani, comprised key members of the Consult’s Board including the Bursar, Mrs. Oluwafunmilola Adekunle; Managing Director, Professor Lekan Oyefara; Secretary of the Board, Mrs. Dorcas Olagunju; Senior Manager (Accounts), Mrs. Oluyemi Adegoke; and Human Resources Manager, Miss Promise Etim.

Professor Ogunsola received the team in the presence of members of University Management, including the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Management Services), Professor Muyiwa Falaiye, and Director, Academic Planning Unit, Professor Mathew Olusoji Ilori.

He used the occasion to express gratitude to the University’s leadership for its steadfast support of UNILAG Consult, particularly since his appointment as Managing Director and throughout the planning of the book launch event.

Professor Oyefara reiterated the organisation’s commitment to delivering on its core mandate, and outlined plans to impact the community through innovative student-focused entrepreneurship initiatives.

In response, the Vice-Chancellor thanked the delegation for the gesture and commended UNILAG Consult for its commitment to excellence and innovation.

She emphasized the vital role the Consultancy plays in advancing the University’s enterprise objectives, and encouraged the team to continue improving operations and expanding strategic partnerships.

Professor Ogunsola reaffirmed Management’s readiness to support initiatives that promote efficiency, visibility, and institutional growth, as UNILAG Consult remained a key driver of the University’s engagement with industry and the wider society.

The visit concluded with the formal presentation of the books, and group photographs.
