It has been the tradition of the University of Lagos Staff School to inspire its pupils to express their literary talents and creativity. Come July 25th, members of the University community are cordially invited to the Public Presentation of eight (8) storybooks written by talented primary 5 and 6 pupils of the Staff School.
The ceremony will hold as follows:

Time: 12:00 noon
The books and their respective authors are:
- The Beautiful Monkey by Kudirat Ayeni (11 years old)
- Bond of Identity by Tioluwani Gbemigakaye (11 years old)
- Not a Friend of the Sun by Samiat Olugbode (10 years old)
- Tears at Heaven’s Gate by Oluwatosin Emoruwa (10 years old)
- Shock of the Shadow by Anuoluwapo Sowunmi (10 years old)
- Arise to Wisdom by Theresa Balouga (11 years old)
- Jewels are not of the Same Value by Uwana Favour Williams (11 years old)
- Queens of the Forest by Eke Ebube (11 years old)
These young authors were discovered, groomed and supervised by Ifetayo Ifedamisi Ambali, the Director of Staff School Creative Arts Club. He initiated this project in 2003 and edited all the new publications listed above.
