Members of staff of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) are hereby invited to apply for the 2025 AIG Public Leaders Programme (AIG PLP), a flagship capacity-building initiative of the AIG-Imoukhuede Foundation.
The AIG-Imoukhuede Foundation is a public sector-focused philanthropic organisation founded to improve the lives of Africans through diverse public sector reform initiatives, including: developing public sector leadership capacity; supporting the implementation of public sector reform initiatives; public sector research and advocacy; and improving access to quality primary health care.
Programme Overview
The AIG PLP is an executive management programme designed to enhance the leadership capabilities of African public servants. Offered in partnership with the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government, this prestigious programme has empowered over 237 participants from across Africa since its inception in 2021.
Being the fifth (5th) cohort, the 2025 AIG PLP is offering seventy (70) African public servants the opportunity to participate in this transformative programme at no cost. The programme features a blended format: five weeks of online classes and two in-person sessions in Nigeria. Participants will gain leadership skills, conceptual frameworks, and practical tools to enhance their effectiveness in leading their Departments and organisations.
