This is to inform members of staff of the University that the Vice Chancellor, Professor Oluwatoyin T. Ogundipe, FAS, will hold a meeting with members of staff on CONTISS 06 – 09 and CONUASS 01 – 03 to discuss a Special Home Ownership Scheme.
The meeting is scheduled as follows:

The Scheme, “Family Home Fund”, is a Federal Government Social Intervention Fund with built-in subsidy for staff on:
- CONTISS 06 – 09
- CONUASS 01 – 03
The University, in collaboration with a development partner, is offering the following:
- 2 Bedroom flat at ₦5.5 million
- 3 Bedroom flat at ₦6.4 million
The houses will be developed within WISDOM Estate, Km 40 Lagos Ibadan Expressway, opposite Christopher University, beside the Redemption Camp.
Participants will enjoy a mortgage facility of over 20 years with the possibility of not more that N25,000 monthly repayment.
