Update on Hostel Accommodation Fees & Consolidated Faculty/Dept. Dues

The University of Lagos Management wishes to affirm that there will be no increase in hostel accommodation fees.

Similarly, all Faculty and Departmental dues which have been consolidated into a single central payment portal have been reviewed downwards, and implemented accordingly. This means that students will no longer need to make separate payments at the faculty and departmental levels during the semester. However, Student Association Dues (Faculty and Departmental Associations) will be collected at faculties during screening exercises of fresh students.

All students are encouraged to complete their course-registration promptly in order to be eligible for the hostel accommodation balloting exercise, which will commence soon.

  1. Has full course registration and dept commenced or we are to receive notification. How long will the registration last for those coming from other states to Lagos. How much is the tuition fees and the screening fees and the exercise time extension.

    1. Hi, Williams!
Are you truly our student? If you are, you should know, by now, that course registration and classes have begun in full swing.
UNILAG Students don’t pay Tuition Fees. Please check your student portal – if you are truly one – for the updated obligatory dues you are to pay for the new session.
You do not have to be physically present on campus to register for your courses – only that you must do it within the allowed period.

  2. Why is my number and password not opening the student portal because of that I cannot do my screaming and I’ve been given admission.

    1. Are you sure you are inputting the correct details?
If yes, I suggest you approach them at the CITS for assistance.
Wishing you a successful new session.

  3. What happens to those who paid the complete fees before the downward review? How should they apply for a refund?

  4. This is awesome as it reduces stress and optimizes time for the students making payment. GOD BLESS University Of Lagos, God bless the Management her staff and the students….. using this medium to wish our Lovely Mother The Very First Lady Of The University Of Lagos Madam Vice Chancellor a Wonderful Happy Birthday in Arears.
