The University of Lagos Women Society (ULWS) School is a private Nursery and Primary school established in 1967. It is located in a conducive environment inside the Akoka campus of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), Lagos State.
The Board of ULWS School, University of Lagos hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill vacant teaching and non-teaching positions in the institution.
A. TEACHING STAFF: CLASS TEACHER III (EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION) – ULWSSS 6
Requirements: NCE in Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution with SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics is compulsory. No experience is required but would be an added advantage. In addition, candidate must:
- possess the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Certificate/License;
- be computer literate; and not be more than 40years

C. REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-TEACHING POSITIONS
1. HEAD OF SCHOOL – ULWSSS 14: B.Ed., B.Sc (Ed.), B.A. (Ed.) from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption. SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics is compulsory. Higher Degree is compulsory. Minimum of 18 years Teaching experience. TRCN is compulsory. OR
B.A., B.Sc., plus PGDE from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption. SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics is compulsory. Higher Degree is compulsory. Minimum of 18 years Teaching experience. TRCN is compulsory.
Applicants must be 50 years and above.
2. DEPUTY HEAD OF SCHOOL (ACADEMIC) INTERNAL ADVERT ONLY
B.Ed., B.Sc (Ed.), B.A. (Ed.) from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption. SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics is compulsory. Higher Degree is compulsory. Minimum of 17 years Teaching experience. TRCN is compulsory. OR
B.A., B.Sc., plus PGDE from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division plus NYSC Discharge Certificate or Evidence of Exemption. SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics is compulsory. Higher Degree is compulsory. Minimum of 17 years Teaching experience.
Minimum of 45 years.
3. EXECUTIVE OFFICER (ACCOUNT) – ULWSSS 6: OND from a recognized institution with a minimum of Lower Credit plus SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics is compulsory. Minimum of 1 year experience.
4. ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE OFFICER (ACCOUNT) – ULWSSS 5: OND from a recognized institution with a minimum of Lower Credit plus SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L credits in 5 subjects including English and Mathematics is compulsory. No experience required.
5. CLEANER – ULWSSS 2: Candidates for the post of Cleaner should possess SSCE/NECO/WASC/GCE O/L Certificate with a minimum of PASS in any three (3) subjects.
6. DRIVER – ULWSSS 3: SSCE/NECO/WASCE O/L Certificate with three (3) Pass in any subject Plus Class ‘E’ Driving License and Trade Test II (Driver’s/Motor Vehicle Mechanic’s Work). Minimum of 3 years experience.
Candidates for Executive Officer (3), Assistant Executive Officer (4), Cleaner (5) and Driver (6) should not be more than 45 years of age.
