Unique UNILAG Staff Cooperative Society Announces Sale of Shares to Members

The Unique Unilag Staff Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited, in compliance with section 8.3 of her Bye-Law and Chapter 14 of the Cooperative Societies’ Law of Lagos State, offers for subscription to members, Five Hundred Million (500, 000, 000) Units of Ordinary Shares at a Nominal Price of ₦2.00 per share from Wednesday, June 3^rd to Saturday, November 30^th, 2019.

The payment for shares can be made through one or multiples of the following options:

1. cash payment for desired units of share;
2. monthly deduction from staff salary from June to November, 2019;
3. loan from the cooperative (in form of equipment) to be repaid within the approved number of months;
4. deduction from member’s personal savings with a letter of authorization directed to the President of Unique Cooperative;
5. use of annual dividend with a letter of authorization directed to the President of Unique Cooperative.
