The University of Lagos in collaboration with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is set to host Nigeria’s first WIPO Summer School.
WIPO Summer School, an outcome of a Memorandum of Understanding signed recently between the University of Lagos and WIPO, is scheduled to hold between Monday, July 5 and Friday, July 16, 2021 at the University of Lagos.
The Summer School will provide participants, majorly graduate students and young professionals from multidisciplinary backgrounds, with a deeper and practical knowledge of intellectual property, including the role and functions of WIPO.
The two-week intensive learning will be facilitated by leading professionals in the field of IP, including WIPO officials, business leaders and academic experts.
