UNILAG Physics Department Holds Monthly Seminar, December 13

The Department of Physics, University of Lagos cordially invites members of the university community to the December edition of its Monthly Seminar Series.

Details of the event are as follows:

Title: The Effect of Metal Sulfides on Hole and Electron Transport Buffer Layers in Organic Photovoltaics: Experimental and Numerical Device Simulation Investigations.

Date:           Wednesday, December 13, 2023.

Venue:        Physics LAB 308, Faculty of Science Building

Time:          11:00 a.m. prompt.

Lecturer:     Dr. Michael Adediji

Dr. Michael Adedeji is a Material Physicist with a research focus on organic semiconductor materials for energy and optoelectronic applications, using computational and experimental approaches.

He obtained his B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Lagos; M.Sc. from the University of Glasgow, UK; and Ph.D from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

He was a visiting research student at Swansea University, UK as a Ph.D student.

Dr. Adedeji is open to collaboration from interested researchers, nationally and internationally.
