The Bursar, University of Lagos; Mr. Olalekan Lawal is to be conferred with a Research Award of Doctor of Philosophy.
A letter to the effect of the research award signed by Melissa H. Watts on behalf of the Deputy Vice Chancellor-Vice Chancellors Office, Leeds Becket University, Leeds, United Kingdom; Professor Andrew Slade says Mr. Lawal is to be conferred with the award in recognition of a programme work entitled: “Examining the role of budgeting and institutional factors on funding of public medical education in Nigeria”
