Federal Government Declares Wednesday, May 1, Public Holiday
The Federal Government has declared Wednesday, May 1, 2024, as public holiday to mark this year’s Workers’ Day. Consequently, offices of the University would be closed on Wednesday. However, members of staff on essential services and those who are requested to be on duty by their Heads of Department/Unit should be at their duty posts. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Folasade T. Ogunsola, OON, FAS wishes all members of the University community, happy Workers’ Day.
