This is to inform members of staff of the University of Lagos that the Human Resource Management Directorate (HRMD), Bursary and Audit Department will carry out a staff audit exercise from Monday, May 20 to Friday May 24, 2024.
This exercise is part of preparations for the migration of members of staff on nominal payroll from Integrated Personnel and Payroll Information System (IPPIS) to Government Integrated Financial Management System (GIFMIS).
Please note that:
- Members of staff are expected to physically present their staff identification cards or duly-signed introduction letter from the Head of Department at the venue of the Audit exercise. A photocopy of the ID card or letter will be submitted.
- Each staff must present themselves physically at the venue as the Audit Team will not entertain representation.
