OSWD, UNILAG Celebrates 2023 International Day of Women and Girls in Science, February 15

The Organisation for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD), University of Lagos Branch is set to mark the 2023 International Day of Women and Girls in Science with a special event scheduled for Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at 10 a.m. at the Faculty of Science Board Room, UNILAG.

With the theme: Innovate, Demonstrate, Elevate, Advance, Sustain (I.D.E.A.S), the event will feature panelists such as Dr. AyodeleShittu of the Department of Economics, UNILAG and OlatoyinBakare, Executive Director, SAS Textiles & President, FATE Foundation Alumni Community. Retired Professors and past executives of the organization would also be celebrated at the event.
