All Junior Non-Teaching Members of Staff are to CLICK: https://unilag.edu.ng/wp-content/uploads/MID-STREAM-APER-Form-Jnr.-2023-1.doc to download the Mid-Year Performance Appraisal Report. The duly completed (filled) forms should be submitted to the Deputy Registrar, Human Resources Management Department on or before Monday, April 17, 2023.
It is important to note that:
1. There would be no extension of the deadline for the submission of the appraisal form.
2. Any junior member of staff who fails to submit the mid-year APER Form by Monday, April 17, 2023, shall forfeit the forty percent (40%) marks attached to the form, out of a total of 100% for the year’s appraisal form.
