Top officials of the Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, paid an assessment visit to the School of Foundation Studies, University of Lagos.
Professor Solomon Okunuga, Registrar/Chief Executive Officer of JUPEB, led the three-man team to access the quality of teaching staff and infrastructure of the School as part of their routine check on all affiliate institutions.
They paid a courtesy visit to the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, FAS, at his office in the Senate House, before embarking on the assessment exercise.
The Vice-Chancellor commended the Professor Okunuga-led team at JUPEB and charged them to keep being at the cutting edge of technological application to education delivery.
The Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) is a national examinations body approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria in December 2013. It was formally established in April 2014 by a consortium of ten (10) partnering universities led by the University of Lagos.
