The Innovation and Technology Management Office (ITMO) has been awarded the Research and Innovation Systems for Africa (RISA) Grant.

The amount of fund received is Three Hundred and Sixty-One Thousand, Five Hundred and Seventeen Dollars ($361,517) including an in-kind contribution of Twenty Eight Thousand, Seven Hundred and One Dollars ($28,701) from ITMO. The fund will be used to implement the Innovation to Market: I2M Project – Building an Integrated Support System for a Sustainable Innovation Ecosystem in Nigeria.  

The Project is financed by the Government of the United Kingdom, His Majesty’s Government (HMG), and supervised by Chemonics International Inc.  It will run for a period of one (1) year, starting from January 2023.

The Vice-Chancellor Professor Folasade T. Ogunsola, FAS on behalf of staff, students, and other members of the university community, heartily congratulates the ITMO for its latest feat.
