The inception meeting is the official launch of the West Africa Case Study providing an overview of the project as well as collaborators and partners.
The Solving Sustainability Challenges at the Food-Climate-Biodiversity Nexus (Solving FCB) project is a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) funded Six (6) year Partnership Project across five (5) continents of the world. The West Africa Case Study of Solving FCB (details available here 👉🏽 https://solvingfcb.org/case-studies/ghana-nigeria/) is aimed at resolving FCB challenges related to Illegal, Unregulated and Unreported (IUU) fishing and plastic pollution in the Gulf of Guinea with a focus on Ghana and Nigeria.
University of Lagos (UNILAG) is a Project Implementing Partner and Co-Lead of the West Africa Case Study of the Solving FCB Project.
