The Governing Council of the University of Lagos, at a Statutory Meeting held on Friday, March 31, 2023, confirmed the re-appointment of Professor Lucian Obinna Chukwu as the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Management Services) for a second tenure of two (2) years.

The appointment, which takes effect from April 28, 2023 to April 27, 2025, was made in accordance with the provisions of Article 5, First Schedule of the University of Lagos Act, 1967, as amended by Section 4 of the Universities (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1993.

His confirmation by the Governing Council was sequel to his election at a Meeting of the Senate of the University of Lagos on Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

 The Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of the university community, congratulates Professor Lucian Obinna Chukwu on his re-appointment and wishes him a successful tenure of office.
