The Federal Government has declared Thursday, December 25, Friday, December 26, 2025 and Thursday, January 1, 2026 as public holidays to mark the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
Consequently, offices of the University would be closed on the affected days. However, members of staff on essential services and those who are requested to be on duty by their Heads of Department/Unit should be at their duty posts.
