The Efficiency Unit, University of Lagos (UNILAG) wishes to inform all Departments/Units that all intending contractors bidding for contracts/jobs in the University are required to present the under-listed documents, as all documents for the year 2024 will lapse on Tuesday, April 1, 2025:
- LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (e.g. ABC Nigeria Limited)
- Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Evidence of Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (e.g. 2022, 2023 & 2024) expiring the current year (e.g. December 31, 2025).
- Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund Compliance Certificate expiring December 31 of the current year (e.g. 2025).
- Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate expiring December 31 of the current year (e.g. 2025).
- Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund expiring December 31 of the current year (e.g. 2025).
- Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service providers by submission of Interim Registration report expiring December 31 of the current year (e.g. 2025).
- BUSINESS ENTERPRISES (e.g. XYZ Enterprises)
- Certificate of Business Name issued by Corporate Affairs Commission.
- Personal Income Tax valid for the current year (e.g. 2025).
- Form CAC B/N/1 (To reconcile the name on Tax Clearance Certificate with the name of the Proprietor).
