This is to notify members of staff of the University who have filled and submitted their individual registration forms of the Federal Mortgage Bank that their passbooks are ready for collection at the Human Resource Management Directorate (HRMD).
Affected staff are to visit Room 242, 2nd Floor, Senate House from Tuesday, June 15, 2021.
Time for collection is between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm daily.
After collection, staff members are advised to proceed to Salaries and Wages office for the entry and update of their contributions with effect from 1994.
