The Chairman of the Court of Governors, College of Medicine, University of Lagos (CMUL), Dr. Aderemi Desalu, and the Provost, Professor Ademola Oremosu, led a comprehensive walkthrough of the college on Friday, February 28, 2025.
The visit focused on inspecting ongoing construction projects, assessing student hostels, and engaging with the college management.
Accompanying them were key officials, including: Deputy Provost, Prof. Daniel Odebiyi; College Secretary, Dr. Olayinka Obafemi Moses; Director of Finance, Dr. Simeon Akinade; Director of Engineering, Engr. Olatunbosun Oloyede; College Librarian, Dr. Omolola Ibikunle; Dean of Clinical Sciences, Prof. Vincent Osunkalu; and Dean of Dental Sciences, Prof. Olalekan Gbotolorun.
The walkthrough provided an opportunity to evaluate infrastructure development and reinforce the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and student welfare.
Over 2 decades this is the first time a new provost will walkthrough the college environment to assess, interact and gain 1st hand information about infrastructure and projects. What a good start. All praises to our hardworking provost
