A total of One Thousand, Two Hundred and Eleven (1,211) students will bag first class and distinction categories of degrees at the 56th Convocation Ceremonies of the University of Lagos. Prof Anyikwa Steps In As Director, General Studies (GST)

Professor Blessing Anyikwa of the Department of Adult Education, Faculty of Education, has been appointed as the Director, General Studies (GST), University of Lagos (UNILAG). The appointment is for a period of two (2) years, with effect from January 5, 2026 to January 4, 2028. The School of Postgraduate Studies, University of Lagos will hold the Hooding Ceremony for the 2025 PhD graduates on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at the Pavilion, UNILAG Sports Centre.
