Payments for ALL graduating students for the 2018/2019 Convocation Ceremonies are as outlined below:
- Mandatory Payment:

Gown, Hood & Cap shall be obtained at the following cost:

Academic outfit will be available at the College of Medicine, School of Postgraduate Studies, Faculties and the Distance Learning Institute.
- Return of Academic Outfit:
The deadline for return of all academic outfits shall be August 7, 2021. Individuals who return the hired academic outfits shall be entitled to a refundable fee of ₦2,500.00 only, while those who fail to return the outfit shall be made to bear the cost for outright purchase (₦15,000.00) before clearance is issued.
- Collection of Certificates:
All graduating students are expected to collect their certificates within three (3) months after Convocation. Failure to collect will attract a demurrage of ₦50 per day.
Procedure for Payments

Invitation Cards for Graduating Students
Each graduating student shall register to attend the Convocation Ceremonies using the link https://bit.ly/35HiyNZ. On successful registration, graduating students are to print out their Access Code and present same at the Convocation Venue for admittance to be granted into the J. F. Ade. Ajayi Auditorium. Convocation Brochures are to be collected at the various locations earlier mentioned. Graduating students are enjoined to attend the Convocation Ceremonies at the time allotted to them.
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oluwatoyin T. Ogundipe, FAS, on behalf of the entire University community congratulates all graduating students.
