TRANSITION: Late Distinguished Professor Oyewusi Ibidapo-Obe

The University of Lagos regrets to announce the passing on to glory of Distinguished Professor Oyewusi Ibidapo-Obe, OFR, FAEng, former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Lagos, in a sad event that occurred on Sunday, January 3, 2021.

He was married and blessed with children.                               

Burial arrangements would be as announced by the family.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Oluwatoyin T. Ogundipe, FAS, on behalf of the Management, Senate, members of Staff and Students commiserates with the family, prays that the Almighty God should grant them the fortitude and succour to bear the loss and that the gentle soul of Late Distinguished Professor Oyewusi Ibidapo-Obe, OFR, FAEng, rests in peace.
