The University will formally commission the Institute of Maritime Studies (IMS) Building on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Institute of Maritime Studies Building.
The commissioning of the IMS Building which represents a significant milestone in the University’s commitment to advancing maritime education, research, and capacity development will be performed by the Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, His Excellency, Alhaji Adegboyega Oyetola.
Members of the University community and invited stakeholders are expected to attend punctually.
