COVID-19: UNILAG Management, Staff, hold Virtual Meetings, Strategize on Future of Work

In a bid to ensure the continued functionality of the University of Lagos academic and administrative activities, the Management Team held a virtual meeting with Provost & Deans on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. It would be recalled that Management also held a Virtual Management Meeting on Thursday, April 2, 2020.

Management’s Virtual Meeting

Following the exemplary standard set by Management, the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, held the first ever Faculty e-meeting on Friday, April 17, 2020. The meeting had 32 lecturers in attendance and lasted about 2 hours.

During its virtual meeting, the Faculty of Law explored innovative ways to utilise IT in the support of teaching and learning especially during the period of COVID-19 lockdown and ASUU strike. Also discussed, were measures to equip its members of staff for the future of work.

The question to all Akokites is simple. Are you being productive as you stay at home?

You too can be productive. Think outside the box. Be creative. Be innovative.
