The University through the Quality Assurance & SERVICOM Unit will join the world in celebrating the 2019 edition of the International Customer Service Week, with the theme “The Magic of Service”, on Monday, October 9 and Tuesday, October 10, 2019.
As part of the celebration, entries of not more than two (2) pages are invited from students and staff (academic and non-teaching) of all departments and units of the University.

A committee that has been set-up by the Vice Chancellor would consider the entries, and plaques and certificates would be awarded in a grand ceremony on the Thursday, October 10, 2019 to the best three teaching and non-teaching Departments and Units respectively.
