Hearty cheers to Ajibola Olubando, an alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos, who emerged recipient of the Lebanese Nigeria Initiative (LNI) scholarship programme yesterday.
Olubando who has beaten 15 other contestants to the punch to clinch this scholarship, is a graduate of Petroleum and Gas Engineering, University of Lagos (UNILAG).
According to LNI Secretary, Mr Ali Safiyyedine, who made this announcement at a Press Conference held on Tuesday, August 20, 2019, to announce the organisation’s launch of its first Scholarships and Endowment Fund for young Nigerians, Mr. Olubando, is the first Nigerian to be selected for this scholarship after several interviews and tests.
Due to his selection, Ajibola will embark on a journey to the American University of Beirut (AUB), a private university in Beirut, Lebanon, for his MBA.
