Professor Peter K. Fogam of the Department of Law, Faculty of Law, will deliver the fifth (5th) Inaugural Lecture in the 2018/2019 Academic Session of the University of Lagos on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 4.00p.m. at the J. F. Ade–Ajayi Auditorium, UNILAG, Akoka.
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Oluwatoyin T. Ogundipe, FAS, will preside over the Lecture entitled: “Buying and Selling: Resolving Problems Caused by the Concept of ‘Transfer of Property’ in Contracts of Sale of Goods”.
