The second session of the Digital Skills Training Programme for members of the University of Lagos Women Society (ULWS) will hold on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) Information Technology Hub (NITHub), UNILAG.

Organised by the Innovation and Technology Committee of ULWS, the training programme is aimed at ensuring the digital empowerment of members of the Society in line with the FUTURE-READY agenda of the Vice-Chancellor Professor T. Ogunsola, OON, FAS. It is part of events lined up by the Society to celebrate International Women’s Day, 2024.

The first session of the programme which was held on Saturday, March 3, 2024, had in attendance former Registrar of the University and President of the Society, Dr. Taiwo Folasade Ipaye; a Professor of Chemistry, Olayinka Asekun; Deputy Director at the Hub, Dr. (Mrs) Ogbolumani; Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Specialist, Dr.Chika Yinka-Banjo amongst others.
