The Annual Leave Form for the 2023/2024 session is now available for download via: 2023/2024 Application for Annual Leave (CONTISS 1-6) and 2023/2024 Application for Annual Leave (CONUASS 1-7/CONTISS 7-15)
All members of staff are to fill the form appropriately and ensure submission through their Department/Unit on or before Thursday, February 29, 2024.
