IFLA Honours UNILAG Don For Lifetime Contribution to Landscape Architecture

The International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA), Africa has honoured Prof. Olatunji Adejumo, a Landscape Architect in the Department of Architecture, University of Lagos, “whose lifetime achievements and contributions have had a unique and lasting impact on the welfare of the society, the environment, and promotion of the profession of landscape architecture in Africa”.

The honour was conferred on September 29, 2023 at the hybrid IFLA World Congress 2023, which held simultaneously in Nairobi, Kenya and Stockholm, Sweden.

On behalf of Staff, Students, and Alumni of the University of Lagos, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Folasade Ogunsola, FAS, OON, congratulates Prof. Olatunji Adejumo for the well-deserved recognition.
