VC Reiterates UNILAG’s Commitment to Quality Service Delivery


As part of efforts aimed at ensuring quality service delivery, the University of Lagos Business School (ULBS) has held a Workshop for its facilitators.
The Workshop which was held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the Human Resources Development Centre (HRDC), UNILAG, featured presentations on ULBS programmes, Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct; Virtual Learning via the ULBS-LMS platform; the ULBS Learning Work Plan and Coding system; Common Facilitating Errors among others.
The event which drew trainers from “town” including the chairman, Board of Directors of Belemaoil Producing Limited, Mr. Nedo Osayande; also provided an avenue for ULBS facilitators to provide feedback and share fresh ideas with the school’s management team.


The Opening Ceremony of the Workshop was attended by Principal Officers of the University led by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Folasade Ogunsola, FAS who described the event as a clear indication of the University’s commitment to manpower advancement and development.
Her words, “ as a management, the focus of the University is on quality of manpower as the University is committed to the delivery of quality teaching, learning and other allied services in conformity with international best practices. The reputation of the University which defines the scope of ULBS, stands on the pillar of quality teaching, research and manpower”.
Professor Ogunsola noted that the quality of facilitators will cement the niche already carved by ULBS as a world-class Business School.
