The Data Re-Capture Exercise of all Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders of the University of Lagos (including College of Medicine) will hold from Monday, March 27 to Friday, March 31, 2023 at the Staff Training and Development Centre, UNILAG Main Campus, Akoka.
The exercise scheduled for 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. daily is in line with the instruction of the National Pension Commission (PenCom), which is in compliance with the directives of the Federal Government that all data generating organisations should harmonise their databases with the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC), based on the need to have a credible Database of all RSA holders in Nigeria.
In view of the above, the University of Lagos Management has approved that Afritech Multi Concept Limited (one of the agents approved by PenCom) carry out the exercise for staff of the University.
Below are some of the areas the data recapture exercise will address:
· Staff due to retire and yet to do Data Recapturing with their Pension Fund Administrator (PFA).
· Staff that wish to update their records with their PFA and National Identity Management Commission (NIMC).
· Staff with date of birth issues.
