STDU Organises 2-Day Training Workshop for Hospitality Officers and Porters

The Staff Training and Development Unit (STDU) will hold a two- day Workshop for Hospitality Officers and Porters.

The training, which will hold in two (2) batches, is scheduled for Wednesday, October 26; Thursday, October 27, 2022; Monday, October 31; and Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 9:00am prompt at the Staff Training and Development Unit, opposite Faculty of Science, UNILAG, Akoka.

The training workshop will provide participants with professional skills required:

  • For effective service delivery to the students.
  • To be able to identify red flags in students.
  • To know organs of the University for referral of students’ challenges as appropriate such as the Counselling Unit, Security Unit, Medical Centre etc.
  • For conflict resolution.
