The Facilitators’ Retreat of the Institute of Maritime Studies (IMS), University of Lagos (UNILAG) will hold on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at the IMS Building, UNILAG Main Campus, Akoka. With the theme: Innovative Teaching Strategies for the Blue Economy, the retreat aims to foster deeper discussions on innovative academic approaches and the continuous advancement of knowledge within the Blue Economy sector. RMRDC Calls for UNILAG Innovation Database

The Raw Materials Research and Development Council (RMRDC), an office under the Research Management Office (RMO), University of Lagos (UNILAG) is calling for submission of information on innovations developed by the University’s researchers, staff, and students focused on indigenous raw materials, and that are ready for commercialisation.
