Mr Tom Montag, the COO of the Bank of America Merrill lynch along with Mrs. Yvonne Ike, Head of Sub Sahara Africa and other top Officers of the Corporation, will be visiting the University of Lagos on Thursday, 20th September, 2018. The team is to be joined by Vice Chancellors of Obafemi Awolowo University, University of Ibadan and Lagos State University.
The team is coming on the heels of the successes recorded over the years of a number of University of Lagos’ Alumni in the annual African Internship of the Corporation.
The Corporation plans to establish a more formal relationship with Universities in Nigeria and also explore possibility of expansion of existing collaborations.
They are to be hosted by the University of Lagos Pro-Chancellor, Dr. Wale Babalakin and the Vice Chancellor, Professor Oluwatoyin Ogundipe.
The Team will interact with the invited Vice Chancellors and UNILAG Management after which they will be hosted to a short reception by the Pro Chancellor in the afternoon of Thursday, 20th September, 2018.
As part of the planned activities, the team will also have an interactive session with the students of the University of Lagos, which will take place at Afe Babalola Auditorium and the Centre of Excellence Conference room of Mass Communication Department concurrently.
