Due to the numerous complaints received by the office of the Registrar in the past one week with regards to the timing of the routine transfer of members of staff and the period given to those transferred to handover to Heads of Departments and supervisors, the Registrar has directed that the transfers should be put on hold for now.

This is to ensure that the on-going residential programme of the Distance Learning Institute and compilations of examination results of full-time students in the different Departments are not disrupted.

Therefore, all members of staff who have been transferred should kindly return to their previous duty posts while efforts are being made to review the entire exercise.
