A Committee to review the APER form for Non-Teaching Staff has been set up with the following Terms of Reference:

  1. To review the APER Form of Non-Teaching staff to reflect present realities in terms of their job schedules,
  2. To ensure that the parameters adopted for the assessment are objective and measurable,
  3. To adopt procedures that will ensure that the output/productivity of staff is determined on a continuous basis, and
  4. To make appropriate recommendations to the Registry Executives Council.

For a holistic review of the APER Form, suggestions/contributions are requested from members of the University community.

All contributions should be submitted on or before Friday, October 12, 2018.
