A Committee to review the APER form for Non-Teaching Staff has been set up with the following Terms of Reference:
- To review the APER Form of Non-Teaching staff to reflect present realities in terms of their job schedules,
- To ensure that the parameters adopted for the assessment are objective and measurable,
- To adopt procedures that will ensure that the output/productivity of staff is determined on a continuous basis, and
- To make appropriate recommendations to the Registry Executives Council.
For a holistic review of the APER Form, suggestions/contributions are requested from members of the University community.
All contributions should be submitted on or before Friday, October 12, 2018.
